1. Introduction

Welcome to Breeder Being ("the Site", "the Platform" or "the Service"), operated by Breeder Being LLC. By registering and/or using the Site you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Platform.

2. What Breeder Being is (and is not)

Breeder Being is a visibility platform for breeders: it lets them build professional kennel profiles and present their dogs and litters with photos, videos, pedigrees and histories.

• It is not a transactional marketplace. Breeder Being does not sell dogs, does not charge or process payments for them, and does not take part in operations between the parties; its role is to provide visibility and enable contact.
• Prices are for reference. Any price a breeder chooses to show on a profile is indicative, set and managed by the breeder, and is not an offer of sale through the Platform.
• Contact and any purchase are private. Interested people may contact the breeder using the details they publish; any agreement or purchase happens privately and directly between the parties, off the Site and under their responsibility.
• We are not a certification authority. We encourage honest, high-quality profiles, but every user should do their own research.

3. Definitions

• Visitor: anyone browsing the Site without registering.
• Breeder / Registered user: a registered person who creates and manages a kennel and its content.
• Kennel: the breeder's profile and associated content (dogs, litters, media).
• Subscription: an optional, recurring service (monthly or annual) that unlocks publishing and visibility features.

4. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to register.
• You can register with email and password, or via "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Facebook".
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Subscriptions, payments and billing

Browsing the Platform is free. To publish and promote your kennel you may purchase an optional subscription.

• Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; Breeder Being does not store full card details.
• You can change plan or cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Each plan defines limits (dogs, photos, videos, litters, etc.). For higher needs a custom plan is available by contacting an administrator.
• Coupons and a referral program with renewal discounts may apply, subject to the conditions in force.
• Prices may change; changes do not affect the period already paid. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.

6. User content and rules of use

As a user you agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Publish truthful information about you, your kennel and your dogs.
• Not publish false, misleading, offensive or infringing content, or content promoting animal cruelty or irresponsible breeding.
• Not use the Platform as a payment gateway or attempt to process payments for dogs through the Site; purchase agreements happen privately and directly between the parties.
• Not engage in fraudulent activity or anything that interferes with the Site or other users.

Registered users can report irregular activity. We reserve the right to limit, suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's own design, code and content belong to Breeder Being and are protected by applicable law. The content you upload (text, photos, videos) remains yours; by publishing it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for holding the rights to what you publish.

8. Visibility and no guarantees

Public visibility of your content depends on an active subscription: if your plan is no longer active, your profiles are hidden from the public (not deleted) and reappear when you renew. We do not guarantee results, contacts or any particular level of visibility.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breeder Being shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, nor for conduct, agreements or transactions between users occurring off the Platform, nor for the condition, health or provenance of any animals.

11. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Account termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time; doing so removes your account, kennel, dogs and litters, and their associated files. We may also suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site; we recommend reviewing them periodically.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence.
